headshotMy name is Rodney Foster. I have been a notary in the State of Florida for over twenty-five years.

I retired from HSBC Bank in November 2009. At HSBC I managed several Household Finance retail branch offices, handled REO properties, marketed and closed reverse mortgages, executed piggyback loans, structured refinancing, and dealt with purchasing and REO sales. In September 2023, I hit a milestone of completing my 8350th closing since the inception of my business in 2010, which is an average of over 30 closings a month.

Rod’s Community Involvement

 

Rod is on the board of directors and participates in missions for Living Water Haiti. Living Water Ministries of the Palm Beaches is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that is committed to impacting the lives of the people in Northwest Haiti. This ministry is proud that 100% of all funds donated are committed to the mission field as all overhead is supported by our dedicated board members of this humanitarian ministry.

Our mission is simple, we want to change lives! Lives just like yours and mine that live every day in extreme poverty without any hope or means to improve their situation. Food, water, clothing, medical care, hope… the basic spiritual and physical necessities of life elude the families of northwest Haiti. Our mission is to change this.

 

CarCareLogoRod’s commitment to giving back to his Southwest Florida community is exemplified in his vision and leadership as he supervised the CarCare Ministry at First Baptist Church Naples. With the participation of local businesses, tireless volunteers, and benevolent contributors, this outreach was a semi-annual event. It benefitted hundreds of financially challenged automobile owners in the area who were struggling in their current economic environment.
